Charles, Jazmin, and the whole team at The Contents Company were outstanding! Our family was awestruck by the professionality and consideration of this company. After our home was severly water damaged we were daunted by the concept of moving all our belongings to and from the inside of our house aswell as temporarily storing it. The Contents Company handled it all! From safetly removing all the contents of our home to placing all the furniture in its original place they shined on every level. We were even surprised to see that everything was brought back to us cleaned!

I have used this company multiple times to pack, protect, remove and reset contents of homes that my company has worked in. Very communicative and responsive throughout each process. Which has allowed me to reassure my customers that their belongings are safe and secure during our process. Definitely would recommend.

After my basement was flooded they came and packed everything out and took it to be cleaned. Then they store it for 13 months before my job was finished. They brought everything back when it was ready and everything was in perfect condition cleaned and restored. The young people that they have hired to help pack out and bring back I have never in my entire life seeing such hard-working young people who worked without stopping carrying heavy boxes always with a smile on their face and very courteous. I hope I never have to use them again but if I do need that I will definitely use them again without question.

The Contents Company was great to work with. I used them as movers. They effectively packed and move all the contents of my first level to a pod. When it was time for my contents to be moved back in, they did that efficiently as well. The crews were professional and friendly. They appeared to love what they were doing. I would definitely use them again and I will recommend them to my friends

The Contents Company came to our house within a day to give us an estimate on removing water-damaged and moldy items from our basement office. They responded immediately to calls and emails and were very pleasant and professional. They worked with our insurance company very well. Today they called to say they had found an undamaged box of photographs in the items they removed and are delivering them to our house. In a tough time, they have been great to work with. Contents Company is a professional company which removed and stored all of our contents after our basement flooded. They then donated these items to a charity of our choice. Communication and professionalism of both the owner and his hard working crew were very important to us, and they were very informative, courteous and on schedule with the entire process. Thank you very much for making this part of our flood process much easier.

After water leaked from the ceiling into my husband’s basement office, a well-organized, hardworking team of people from the Contents Company very quickly, but carefully, wrapped and packed up books, electronics, computer equipment, papers, and office materials into boxes to keep it all dry. They labeled and documented the contents of each box, and took them to a storage facility to keep them all safe and secure.They also carefully wrapped up (with protective padding) my heirloom living room and dining room furniture, and stored it in a pod in my driveway, until my hardwood floors upstairs were refinished. The female team leader made sure they followed my request to handle the two-piece China cabinet carefully, and to lift the top part from the bottom, so as not to scratch or ding it. I now have all the boxes they’ve returned and am impressed by the generous amount of packing material placed around my “stuff” to protect it! I highly recommend the Contents Company! They have an efficient process that they use, and teamwork that gets it all done! I have them all to thank for making this water damage fiasco less stressful for me!
